Individuals who have agreed to the License and Terms of Use may employ the BACH Tools for non-profit educational purposes. The BACH Tools may not be used to produce a work for hire, a product for sale (or to enhance any for-profit product, publication, or venture), or an income-producing web site. The BACH Tools may not be used to produce material that is defamatory, destructive, false, or obscene, or anything that violates Arizona or United States law. Content created by means of the BACH Tools remains the property, responsibility, and liability of the Licensee, and does not necessarily reflect the position of Timothy A. Smith, The Hinkle Charitable Foundation, Northern Arizona University, or the Arizona Board of Regents, nor do the same affirm the accuracy, or factualness, of such content. Persons who use the BACH Tools assume all liability for said use. The BACH tools carry no warrant or guarantee; individuals who employ them do so at their own risk, responsibility, and liability.
